TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Buyers: You may buy goods offered online by us by completing the order form available on our website. To buy goods via our website, you must be at least 18 years of age.  By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading. You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws.  We may cancel orders where we consider that you have not dealt with us in good faith or have otherwise breached applicable laws, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged.  If your credit card/Paypal is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card account for the amount charged, less delivery charges and applicable taxes and duties, at our discretion.

Orders: You must register with our website to be able to make purchases from our online store.  Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it.  All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion.

Special offers: We may provide special offers in relation to our goods from time to time. At any time, we may terminate any special offer without advance notice. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to goods you ordered in good faith in accordance with these Terms before the special offer was terminated.

Prices:  All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices include GST unless indicated otherwise but exclude delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment: The full payment for your order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) is deducted from your credit card, Afterpay or Paypal account on completion of your order. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express using Paypal platform. Credit card details are processed using at least SSL 128 bit encryption and are not stored by us.Large transactions may involve additional screening and we will require confirmation on key details before we proceed to fill the order. In this event, we will contact you. In some cases this may delay your order by a short period.

Risk: Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to goods passes to you on delivery in accordance with these Terms.

Vouchers: If we issue you a voucher to redeem against the future purchase of goods, our Voucher Terms and Conditions.

 Delivery Policies

  • Only ship within Australia.
  • Delivery is via Australia Post or Third party couriers such as Hunter Express, Kings Transport, Startrack and TNT/Fedex Australia.
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM ONLY, DELIVERY IS TO DOOR ONLY
  • Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist driver in unloading, the delivery driver will not carry large items up or downstairs
  • Products must be signed for at time of delivery. Alternatively, buyer may request an authority to leave (ATL) your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
  • Any "out of stock" items will be back ordered and you will be advised of an ETA at time of purchase.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.
  • Shipping times vary depending on locations.
  • Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.
  • Please wait for your products to arrive before booking trades.
  • Please note that stock availability may be subject to fluctuation and delivery by suppliers.
  • Items will be dispatched once invoices have been paid in full.

As third party courier companies BDO are unable to control delivery days and times. The courier is unable to ring prior or during delivery. If delivery is to a residential address please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods.  If this is not possible we recommend using an alternate delivery address (ie. Work address) If you’re not home at time of delivery you will be charged a re-delivery fee. It is a condition of delivery that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large or heavy items such as baths, vanities, appliances etc. Products listed may not necessarily be in stock and immediately available. Please contact us in advance, if you need an item urgently or have any special requirements prior to placing your order.

Reason for Order Delays

  • Incorrect address has been entered against the order
  • Public Holidays
  • Extreme Weather Events
  • Incorrect Credit Card information was entered against the order. Please double check all details when you place your order. You will only be charged once your details have been validated by our payment gateway.
  • Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We hold a wide range of stock in many warehouses all around Australia with daily replenishment deliveries from all our suppliers. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the time promised, we will contact you within 2-5 working days and advise you with an updated ETA. We will also recommend an alternative product.

Returns & Exchange

BDO will offer refund/exchange (minus shipping costs) within 30 days if the customer is not happy with the item. Must be approved by BDO, proof of purchase required and all Returns will incur a 20% Surcharge and return items back to BDO will be at the customers expense (subject to product & packaging are in saleable condition unused). All goods must be checked within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Please check specifications with your Plumber or Builder before ordering, all dimensions are approximate and can vary slightly. BDO will not be liable for any out of pocket expenses incurred for labour, as warranty only includes parts. All Special ordered items are Non-Refundable (ie. Custom basin, vanity cabinets or special finishes), Large Items such as Baths, Basin, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances.

 

Damaged or Missing Goods

If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify BDO within 24 hours of receiving the product via email: sales@brandsdirectonline.com.au with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement or exchange. We cannot accept damage claims after the 24 hour period. All products damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of BDO. 

Warranty 

All products come with Manufacturer's Warranty* which is stipulate on every product description. Warranty varies from every supplier, make sure to request all inclusion and condition before purchasing.
